Eduardo Izguerra
President / Head Dance Instructor / Choreographer

Born in Mexico City, Eduardo has been dancing professionally since 1998. He has participated in 27 competitions and has won all 27. With an insatiable spirit, he remains active in the competitive dance circuit with Salsa being his major area of expertise.

Among the many things awarded to Eduardo, he also holds a Bachelors in Busines Administration from El Tecnologico de Monterey. Eduardo is as much a student of dance as he is a teacher. To stay in tuned to the latest dance moves, Eduardo constantly seeks out new instruction and often travels to New York, Los Angeles, Miami or any other city.

He spends his days creating choreography for private events such as Quinceneras and weddings. In addition to event choreography, he also builds routines for music videos and public performances.

Rick Pearlman
Accountant / Dance Instructor

A Chicago native, Rick Pearlman is not only one of the dance instructors, but he also oversees the management of the business. He holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing and specializes in the Latino market.

Even with all his duties, Rick still finds time to offer private instruction upon request.

Jesus Garcia
Assitant Dance Instructor

The young and talented Jesus Garcia, has been aiding Eduardo in Dance instruction for the past three years. He's an essential part of the school’s teaching staff.

Freddy Montes De Oca
Guarracha / Cumbia Dance Instructor

The newest member of the Dance with Rhythm staff, Freddy has 4 years of teaching experience under his belt. A knowledgeable dancer in many styles of dance, his specialty lies in the area of Guarracha and Cumbia.

Freddy has traveled all over the Midwest and Canada as a professional performer. Like many of the staff at Dance with Rhythm, Freddy always stays abreast to the latest dance moves in the clubs.
